Chelsea and Rhys got married at Old Forest School in Tauranga, and honestly, it was scorching, one of the hottest days I've shot in ages. Rhys took one look at Chelsea during their first look and just lost it, in the best way. She'd gone all in on two dresses, a gorgeous gold number for the ceremony, then a switch into white for the reception and photos.

Then there are the donkeys. They're part of what makes this venue so special, and Chelsea and Rhys weren't about to miss the chance to get portraits with them, which turned into some of my absolute favourites from the whole day. Add in a guest list stacked with half of New Zealand's comedy scene, and you get one of the loudest, funniest weddings I've ever shot, it's all over the reception photos. Somewhere in the middle of the dancing, someone stood right on Chelsea's foot, and she just laughed it off, nothing was slowing this day down.
