Livi and Jon are a relaxed, athletic couple who wanted a wedding day that felt like them: easygoing, sunsoaked, and up the coast in Matakana. They said yes to The Stables in Matakana for the ceremony and reception, with portraits out at Omaha, one of my favourite spots on this stretch of coastline for its golden light and white sand.They surprised everyone with a fully choreographed first dance that had the whole room on its feet, and that was just the beginning. What followed was an amazing party, the kind where the music never stops, glasses stay full, and by the end of the night everyone's shoes are off and nobody wants to go home.
