Bail Gardens & The Stables Matakana New Zealand

Kelly and Liam wanted a laid-back wedding with over 100 guests, and their dog right there as part of the day. We started with a first look at Omaha Estuary, framed by the lone Pohutukawa tree on the beach, then moved on to Bali Gardens in Point Wells for portraits, before finishing at The Stables, where Kelly made her entrance in a muscle car, perfect for a black-and-white shot.

During the ceremony, Liam's resemblance to his twin brother was almost uncanny, and the speeches were full of twin stories only they could tell. After sunset portraits out in the paddocks, the bridal party ran in with one of the most energetic entrances I've ever captured, moves flying so fast I had to be lightning quick just to keep up and catch it all.
