Watching the 4 vintage cars coming down the winding roads of Titirangi lined with lush native bush I new this bridal shoot was going to be pretty classic. We were having a blast then suddenly Alix realised her great grandmother’s rosary beads were missing off her bouquet. Alix was devastated but she pulled it together and we carried on while the boys started searching the rugby size field of long grass and trees . My own heart had sunk into the ground as I new how special these beads were and we holding out little hope ! When Toby came over to place those lost little beads in Alix’s hands it was the most incredible thing to witness. Tears and laughter and so many hugs for the legend bead finder. I said to Alix and Brad after we had finished shooting hmmm I think great granny had the last laugh. You both hugged , kissed and cuddled like two of the sweetest love birds I’ve ever seen. Go Granny ! Little backstory … Brad and Alix don’t do romance they told me right from the start there was no way they would be kissing or cuddling; not a chance in hell . Yea Right !!
